    Description: About the Moderator: Joseph Foy is an assistant professor of political science at the University of Wisconsin-Waukesha. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. at the University of Notre Dame, and B.A. at Carroll College in Helena, MT. A frequent contributor to local and statewide media, Foy has helped moderate several political debates and public policy forums, and has been invited to give numerous talks on political issues across Wisconsin. His research has received national recognition, as the Popular Culture Association/American Culture Association recently honored his first book with the 2009 John G. Cawelti award for best textbook. He resides in Waukesha with his wife and son.
